IslandOps 2026 will be from Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19, 2026. Registration opens February 28th at noon EST.

We are centered on suburban Long Island, NY, east of New York City, and there is plenty for both you and your family to do here. Some useful links are on our Information page.

Our 2026 schedule is finalized. It includes layouts large and small; It includes operations as simple as a sleepy rural shortline to operations as complex as a busy Class One system; Most of all, it includes a great bunch of hosts who really enjoy having guests help bring their railroads to life.

So come to the Island for a great weekend of model railroad operations. We look forward to seeing you!
